POLSKA Running Team Code of Conduct

Board, Members and Volunteers must:
Be honest and ethical in their conduct, including ethical handling of actual or apparent conflicts of interest between personal and professional relationships that may benefit an individual at the expense of the PRT.
The PRT has a board approved Conflict of Interest Policy that all Board Members and staff are required to sign and comply with. Any new conflicts should be reported.
Comply with applicable laws, rule and regulations governing the organization.
Deal fairly with PRT staff, members, sponsors, and volunteers – expectations should be clearly outlined and communicated.
Address conflicts that arise proactively and professionally.
Provide Information that is accurate, objective, relevant, timely, and understandable.
Proactively promote ethical behavior.
Protect and ensure the proper use of company assets.
Prohibit improper or fraudulent influence over the external auditor.
Matters discussed in an executive session of the Board shall not be disclosed to others.
Matters discussed in open session that are determined by the Board to be confidential, proprietary, sensitive, or valuable may only be disclosed to others when authorized by the PRT President.
Documents marked confidential and/or "for internal use only" shall not be given to unauthorized persons.
A Board or office staff member may not agree with the outcome of every decision made by the Board as a whole. In such cases, the member may express his or her personal views on the issue. This should be balanced with acknowledgment that the outcome is the decision of the Board and is accepted by the member.
Członkiem POLSKA RUNNING TEAM (Klub) może zostać każda osoba, bez względu na płeć, wiek, poziom sportowy, kraj pochodzenia, religię czy poglądy polityczne, która zapozna sie i zaakceptuje poniższy regulamin.
1.Zobowiązuje sie zapłacić roczną składkę w wysokości $50. Dzieci (do lat 18) obecnych członków klubu są zwolnione z opłaty.
2.Oświadczam że nie mam żadnych przeciwwskazań do uprawiania sportu oraz uczestnictwa w treningach i zawodach sportowych.
3. Jako członek uprawiający sport jestem świadomy zagrożeń zdrowia jakie mogą wystąpić i zobowiązuje się dostosować do zasad bezpieczeństwa podczas treningów oraz imprez sportowych. W przypadku członków niepełnoletnich, rodzic lub opiekun powinien wyrazić pisemną zgodę.
4. Zobowiązuje się do niepodejmowania żadnych kroków prawnych oraz roszczeń przeciwko Klubowi, zarządowi klubu oraz jego członkom.
5. Zobowiązuje sie do zachowania kultury osobistej zarówno w drużynie, na zawodach sportowych jak i poza nimi.
6. Zobowiazuje sie do reprezentowania Klubu w stroju klubowym w imprezach sportowych oraz biegach klubowych NYRR.
7. Zobowiązuje się do przestrzegania regulaminu imprez sportowych.
8. Jako członek mam zakaz oddawania/sprzedawania numeru startowego innemu zawodnikowi oraz startowania w imieniu innej osoby.
9. Zobowiązuje się do postawy fair-play.
10. Zobowiązuje się aktywnie uczestniczyć w życiu Klubu, promowaniu działalności Klubu i dbaniu o jego dobre imię.
11. Zgadzam sie na publiczne używanie mojego zdjęcia na stronie internetowej klubu i w innych mediach socjalnych klubu.
12. Jako czlonek klubu mam prawo zrezygnować z członkostwa w formie pisemnej prośby. Po opuszczeniu klubu zobowiązuje się, ze nie będę reprezentować innego klubu przez okres trzech miesięcy.
13. Sprawy nieuregulowane powyższym regulaminem będą rozstrzygane przez Rade Klubu w porozumieniu z członkiem.
